The starting point
No site, no rankings, no history with Google. Ahrefs studied 1 million URLs and found only 1.74% of new pages reach the top 10 in their first year. This is the situation SEO is supposed to be worst at.

What we did
We delivered 90 SEO-built pages at launch: 20 category pages for the marketplace and 70 articles built around what castle buyers actually search for. Technical setup, page structure, and content all live on day one.

What happened
Five months in: ~25,000 visitors a month and over 62,000 page views. It ranks for 592 keywords, 308 in Google's top 3. And the AI engines cite it constantly, 524 Google AI Overview appearances and 264 from ChatGPT in the last month.
